1. Absolute Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance)
Any attempt to prompt or generate the following categories of content will be blocked by real-time filters and result in permanent account termination:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Strict zero tolerance. Violations are reported directly to law enforcement agencies.
- Defamation, Non-consensual Imagery, or Impersonation of Real Persons: Strictly prohibited to depict real living or deceased individuals in defamatory or explicit scenarios.
- Third-Party Franchise Cloning & Direct Infringement: Strictly prohibited to command direct unauthorized sequels or verbatim cloning of protected IP.
- Hate Speech, Violent Extremism & Illicit Blueprints: Prohibited to generate hate speech or actionable blueprints for deadly weapons and explosives.
2. Mature Fiction Bounds in TaleMeld
TaleMeld is designed for mature adults (18+). High-stakes combat, psychological dark suspense, and romantic relationship tension are permissible storytelling elements when serving character arcs. However, all descriptions must stay within mature literary boundaries and never veer into prohibited extremes.
3. Violation Enforcement Protocols
• Tier 1 (Non-compliant prompt): Request blocked at the gateway with guidance on compliant phrasing;
• Tier 2 (Repeated jailbreaking attempts): Temporary suspension of generation queues and audit log flagging;
• Tier 3 (Severe statutory violation): Immediate permanent account ban, forfeiture of points, and no refunds.
